This program benefits tenants by providing assistance when transitioning from renting to buying and helps to make the process as smooth as possible. Janell joined the Cedar Ridge team to develop and implement this program and especially enjoys the thrill of guiding first time buyers. Path to Home Ownership makes the customer service Cedar Ridge provides their tenants holistic and unique.
