Satisfaction Guarantee

Long term contracts are scary, so we’ve created the only at-will management agreement in Eastern North Carolina without termination fees or penalties– because we believe we should earn your business every day.

Results Guarantee

With our results guarantee you don’t pay us until we show results! If we are leasing your property for you, we do all the work up front and you don’t pay us until you get a qualified tenant. That means we aggressively market and show your property, screen the tenants, handle all of the paperwork and perform a move-in inspection...all before we get paid anything.

Management Fee Guarantee

We believe that if we can't collect the rent then we should NOT get paid. You only pay us a management fee if we successfully collect the rent due.

Property Inspection Guarantee

We perform move-in inspections, periodic exterior property inspections, one semi-annual full inspection, and lease renewal or move-out inspections with documented checklists and photos–we promise more boots on the ground with your property than you’ll get anywhere else.

30 Day Rental Guarantee

If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will waive ONE month of management free! (*some restrictions apply)

Eviction & Pet Protection Guarantee

If a legal eviction becomes necessary WE will pay YOUR legal fees - yes you read that right – WE WILL PAY. AND... if a pet does damage to your property, WE will pay for that too!

Because our screening is so good, and our processes are so tight, we are able to offer you this service.

Our risk mitigation guarantee will reimburse you up to $1,000 in eviction fees, or $1,000 in pet damage (to a maximum of $1,000 per lease) if these costs exceed the amount of the tenants’ security deposit and/or are not covered by the tenant’s renters insurance.
